Once is not custom, I will not speak of a novel but rather a test or a textbook on welfare or well-being. I do not normally read such books but a friend who offered it to me, indicating to me that this book had changed many things for her and she reads regularly. Having dug at random from my PAL, I'm diving in, perplexed at the start and then finally interested, although I admit to not taking the time to try the exercises.
Therese Bertherat physiotherapist is training but soon she turned away from this training to develop a technique, softer than forced exercise: anti-gym.
The principle: to feel his body, making very gentle movements without pain or hurt this body to relax but also muscle.
In this book, Therese Bertherat shares with us his experience, outlines his theories and explains some exercises are relatively simple to reproduce only among themselves.
In the end, without being conquered I was interested. Having some idea of relaxation, I could look and perhaps better perceive why and how the exercises: how to reproduce and their effects. But overall, if one is aware of the problematic body, the whole work is to discover.
So there are chances that I pick from time to time in the list of movements but the time, I keep my Wii!
