To make a long story short, the birth went well and mom soon regained strength. But we had to return to the hospital for treating jaundice Malik. 48 hours later, he took his leave and we're back at home with a baby good health and fit! :-)

Here to 8 days old:

So, between feedings, sleeps between two and two loads of laundry, I'll be back with the ups and down a new mom! : P

stretch marks!

*** Although I am currently on maternity leave, columnist trends in me continues his discoveries of beauty and fashion products. That's why I add a new section to my blog: Fashion Mama! During the next few months, I will discuss products that I have tested or have simply caught my attention. I am also open to your suggestions!

It begins with a subject feared by pregnant women and hated by new mothers who would like to put their new bikini: stretch marks.

As we know, no cream or oil can not fully prevent stretch marks. Some skins are more resilient than others and some factors such as rapid weight gain may also enhance their appearance.

But you can still slow them down or mitigate the stretched skin moisturizer regularly, to make it more flexible and elastic. And between you and me, a good moisturizer also helps reduce itching, which are so common in late pregnancy!

During my pregnancy, I brushed the bellies of two oils (alternating). Personally, I preferred oil cream since made my skin soft and hydrated throughout the day. However, it must wait a few minutes while it penetrates well, before putting on his clothes.

Here are my two favorites:

The inescapable Bio-Oil , sold in pharmacy. This product has received several awards and has several properties. It is odorless and penetrates quickly. Only downside: not clear screw cap with oiled hands!

$ 12.99 for size 60 ml or 125 ml for $ 21.99

I also love body oils from Dr.Hauschka. And unlike the Bio-Oil, the pump dispenser is very convenient. I first used the apple oil, specifically designed to increase the elasticity of the skin, but my boyfriend loved the smell less pronounced. Currently, I changed the oil for the rose, which is delicately scented. Between $ 30.95 and $ 36.05 depending on the product.

For now, my belly is still intact! I cross my fingers for the last mile and the postnatal period is also subject to the appearance of stretch marks. Oust the ugly!
